Synthient does not currently publish a standard public Terms of Service. API usage, datasets, Firehose streams, Helios evidence, support, and licensing are governed by the agreement provided during sales and security review.
Commercial access
Pricing, usage rights, service commitments, support expectations, and approved data surfaces are confirmed during access review before production credentials are issued.
Data products
Lookup API responses, Parquet feed snapshots, Firehose streams, and Helios evidence are licensed by the signed agreement for internal fraud, abuse, authentication, and security workflows.
Operational use
Customers are responsible for applying Synthient signals inside their own policies, preserving relevant decision records, and using provider or risk data in accordance with applicable laws and contracts.
Support
Support paths, onboarding help, schema mapping, delivery configuration, and response expectations are assigned with the active package and the deployment requirements reviewed during onboarding.
Governing documents
Written agreements control production access.
