Zyte is an Irish company founded as Scrapinghub in 2010. It rebranded to the current name in 2021 and is known as a leading web scraping infrastructure and tools provider. The company originated as an effort to build business around Scrapy - a prominent open source web scraping framework for Python developers. Since its inception, Zyte developed a SaaS solution to run Scrapy-based scrapers in the cloud (Scrapy Cloud), managed proxy service (Crawlera a.k.a. Smart Proxy Manager, deprecated in 2023) and Zyte API (launched in late 2022) - unified web data acquisition platform that integrates proxy management, blocking evasion, browser automation and AI-driven page parsing into single solution that can be used either as REST API or through HTTP proxy interface. As a well regarded company in web scraping space, Zyte hosts annual Extract Summit conference.

Zyte is known to source IP addresses for proxy infrastructure from IP marketplaces such as IPXO.
