KPROXY

Provider
Website
kproxy[.]com

KProxy is a company of unverified jurisdiction whose domain has been registered since 2005. They are known for browser-based anonymous access, filter bypass, and a browser extension and are considered an opaque, small-to-medium sized anonymizer provider based on longevity and product reach rather than a claimed proxy-pool size. Synthient's Research Team did not verify a named downstream reseller or legal operator. Those attribution and customer-KYC gaps remain due-diligence limitations. Official service · Official Microsoft Edge extension listing · Domain registration record

KProxy is observed distributing a user-facing browser extension for access to its web-proxy service. Synthient found no defensible evidence that the extension supplies the user's own bandwidth or that KProxy operates an endpoint-supply SDK. Because no supply SDK was verified, this profile omits SDK risk scoring, YARA rules, and file indicators.

Synthient's Research Team has not assigned a HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW SDK risk score to the kproxy.com service because no supply SDK or randomized sample of host-app consent practices was verified. The KProxy service at kproxy.com is not equated with the unrelated Android proxyware family called KProxy in Synthient's NetNut corpus; that naming collision is not attribution evidence. For fraud teams, a KProxy observation is best handled as shared web-proxy egress: it is relevant to origin masking and policy bypass, but it does not by itself establish automation or malicious intent. Apply stronger controls when the anonymizer signal coincides with sensitive actions, rapid account switching, implausible geography, or device mismatch.
