Decodo

Decodo (originally established as Smartproxy in 2018 and rebranded in 2025), is a Lithuanian proxy provider. Joined Tesonet company group (known for global brands such as Oxylabs, NordVPN, Hostinger) in 2024. Decodo provides datacenter, ISP residential and mobile proxies at mid-market prices. Total size of the current network is approximately ~400k IP addresses. Originally started as proxy reseller to compete with more expensive solutions, it now provides HTTP and SOCKS proxies with UDP support. To prevent unethical uses of proxy network, KYC procedure is required for some customers. Furthermore, Decodo provides Site Unblocker - advanced proxy solution with integrated blocking evasion capabilities and web scraper APIs to acquire data from certain popular sites (such as Amazon, Google, Reddit).
